- Clean any dirt with a cloth moistened with a neutral detergent and wipe with a dry cloth. (Oily paper or cleansing tissue may smear after wiping the mat)
- The mat may be damaged by direct sunlight when being dried after washing. Dry mat in a shaded area. Keep the mat in a well-ventilated place when it will not be used for a longer period of time.
- Do not use volatile materials (including acetone) on this product.
- Be careful to avoid direct contact with fire or heat as it may cause fire or a distortion of the shape of this product.
- Marks from oil-based pens (ball point pen), oil-based crayons or coloured pencils may not be removed.
- The surface of the mat might not be restored if it is kept under the pressure of the heavy objects for a long time.
- Be careful to not cause a distortion of shape when using a steam cleaner or vacuum cleaner.
- Wiping with a wet cloth may cause mold, cracks in the mat or bad odours from moisture. Use after drying completely in a well-ventilated place.
- Do not use strongly acid or strongly alkali substances because they may discolour or form air bubbles on the surface of the mat.
- Be careful of fabric items (including jeans, overshoes or leggings) or drinks (including coffee, fruits or beverages) as the mat could be dyed by these materials and might not be cleanable.
- Wash the cotton cover using the Wool Cycle of the washer. Spin-dry using the Gentle Cycle. Wash with cold water.
- After washing the cotton sections, return, replacement or refund is not allowed.
- When using the mat on a wooden floor or heated floor, the floor may be discoloured as the bottom of the mat may become damp. Thus, keep the bottom of the mat dry to prevent the floor from retaining moisture.
- 제품 오염시 중성세제를 묻힌 걸레로 닦아주신 후 마른 걸레로 한번 더 닦아주세요. (유분이 있는 기름 종이나 화장 티슈 등으로 닦으면 색이 묻어날 수 있음)
- 세탁후 햇빛에 말리시면 매트가 손상될 수 있으니 그늘에서 건조해 주세요. 장기간 보관 시 통풍이 잘 되는 곳에 보관해 주세요.
- 휘발성 제품은 사용하지 말아주세요. (ex.아세톤 등)
- 불꽃이나 뜨거운 물체에 직접 닿으면 화재나 제품 변형이 생길 수 있으니 조심하세요.
- 유성펜 (볼펜), 유성 크레파스, 색연필 등 필기구로 낙서 시 지워지지 않을 수 있습니다.
- 무거운 물건 혹은 가구 등을 장시간 올려두면 표면 복원이 되지 않을 수도 있습니다.
- 스팀 청소기나 진공청소기 사용시 제품변형이 생길 수 있으니 주의하세요.
- 매트를 물걸레로 닦은 후 습기로 인해 곰팡이 또는 매트갈라짐, 악취가 생길 수 있으니 반드시 통풍이 잘 되는 곳에서 건조 후 사용해 주세요.
- 강산성 및 강알칼리 제품을 사용하지 마세요. 사용할 경우 탈색 및 원단 표면 버블 현상이 나타납니다.
- 섬유제품(청바지, 덧신, 레깅스 등) 및 음식물(커피, 음료, 과일 등)이 매트에 이염되어 지워지지 않을 수 있으니 주의 바랍니다.
- 면커버 세탁 시 울 코스로 하여 탈수는 약,물 온도는 냉수로 세탁해주세요.
- 면제품 세탁 시 반품, 교환, 환불이 불가합니다.
- 원목, 온돌마루 위에서 제품 사용시, 매트 밑면에 습기가 차 마루가 변색될 수 있습니다. 따라서 바닥재가 습기를 머금고 있지 않도록 매트 밑면을 건조하게 유지시켜 주세요.
- 产品受污时，使用粘有中性洗涤剂的抹布擦拭后，再使用干抹布在擦拭一下。(使用有含油成分的油纸或者卫生纸擦拭时，有可能导致变色）
- 清洗后，日晒会对衬垫产生损伤，推荐在阴凉处干燥。长期保管时，请置于通风良好处。
- 不要使用挥发性产品。(ex.丙酮等）
- 接触火花或热水时，会发生火灾或导致变形，请多加注意。
- 油性笔(油笔），油性水彩笔，彩笔等笔具涂鸦时，有可能无法擦除。
- 衬垫上面长时间放置重物(家具）时，其表面又能无法复原。
- 使用蒸汽或真空清扫机时，有可能发生产品变形。
- 衬垫使用湿抹布擦拭时，因潮湿会导致的发霉，分裂和异味，请与通风良好处干燥后使用
- 禁止使用强酸和强碱产品。使用时，会产生掉色和面料起泡现象。
- 纤维制品(牛仔裤，套鞋，紧身裤等）和食品(咖啡，饮料，水果等）使衬垫受污时，又可能无法清除。
- 面罩清洗时，请使用羊毛模式，脱水强度为弱，水温为凉水。
- 面料清洗后，不得退换货。
- 原木，炕头上使用产品时，衬垫背面因潮湿有可能发生变色。因此，使用时，请防止衬垫背面受潮，保持干燥。
- 製品が汚れたら、スポンジや雑巾に中性洗剤を付けて拭いた後、乾いた布でもう一度拭いてください。(油分を含む油紙や化粧用のティッシュなどで拭くと色が落ちることがあります)
- 洗濯後直射日光に当てて干すとマットが損傷する恐れがありますので日陰で乾燥させてください。長期間保管する場合、風通しのよい場所に保管してください。
- 揮発性の製品は使わないでください。(例：アセトンなど)
- 火花や熱気により火災や製品の変形が起きる恐れがありますので十分にご注意ください。
- 油性ペン(ボールペン)、油性クレパス、色鉛筆などで落書きをすると消えない恐れがあります。
- 長時間重い家具などを置くと、表面がへこんで戻らなくなる恐れがあります。
- スチームクリーナーやバキュームクリーナーをかけると製品が変形する恐れがあります。
- ぬれた布で拭いた後は湿気によりカビが生えたり、マットにひび割れや悪臭が生じる恐れがありますので、必ず風通しのよい場所で乾燥させてから使用してください。
- 強酸性および強アルカリ性の洗剤は使用しないでください。色落ちや発泡する恐れがあります。
- 繊維(ジーンズ、靴下、レギンスなど)や食品(コーヒー、飲み物、果物など)がマットに色移りし消えない恐れがありますのでご注意ください。
- コットンカバーは温水を使わずにウールコースで洗濯し、脱水は弱に設定してください。
- 綿製品を洗濯した後は返品や交換、払い戻しは致ししかねます。
- フローリングや床暖房の上で本製品を使用した場合、マットの下に湿気がこもり、床が変色することがありますので、マットの下は常に乾燥させるように保ってください。
